Interventions of Physiotherapy to Physical Education at Elementary School
SMETANOVÁ, Jana
This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of including elements of physiotherapy in physical education classes for children of younger school age. One of the most common causes of imbalances is the inappropriate lifestyle that children carry from their families. The point is that children spend most of their free time at the computer and on the phone, and at the same time they are overwhelmed by their hobbies, which put a lot of pressure on them in terms of performance. These are the reasons why schools in physical education should pay more attention to the compensation of these types of stress, in the form of including elements of physiotherapy in physical education classes. The work is divided into a theoretical part, which deals with the ontogenesis and characteristics of younger school age, the locomotor system and its function and a description of school physical education. The practical part, which was carried out in the form of mixed research involving 40 pupils of the second classes of elementary school and kindergarten Lišov, who were measured and based on mapping the most common imbalances, among which, among other things, poor posture was detected, exercise units were designed. In the practical part, case reports of 4 selected children from the monitored group are presented. However, during the research, due to the ongoing global pandemic of Covid-19, physical education was canceled and any physical activities were banned. The implementation of the experimental part of the work had to be moved to the online environment, to the Google Meet platform, thanks to which the exercise could continue Despite all the limitations, it can be said that the online exercise with physiotherapeutic elements was successful and an improvement in selected parameters of the kinesiological analysis can be observed in children. This work could be used not only as clinical material for physiotherapists but also as educational material for parents and teachers.

Zámostná, Tereza ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Hellebrandová, Lenka (referee)
Title: Effect of sports aerobics competitors to posture for the age categories seniors Objectives: To determine the diagnosis and assess the impact aerobic sports on posture in older age groups in different conditions. Get information on the use of assistive exercise in training units from club coach and selected individuals. Compare the results of diagnostic posture with information regarding use of the compensation exercise. Recommend solutions to the problem in case of deviations from the correct posture. Methods: The work was acquired data with literature study, test methods, questionnaire, observation and interview methods. Questionnaire to help choose the method tested by the diversity of individual responses. Thanks literature tests were designed to evaluate the posture of selected individuals. Method interview with the coach and selected individuals helped to specify the questions on the use of assistive exercise in training units. Results: Allowed me to see that by tested sports aerobics competitors there are different variations of unilateral posture due to overloading and inadequate compensation. Keywords: sport aerobics, musculoskeletal diagnosis, proper posture.
The influence of the Pilates method on faulty posture and low back pain
Štveráková, Tereza ; Vitujová, Marie (advisor) ; Ptáková, Karolína (referee)
The diploma thesis invastigates the effect of specifically designed six-week clinical Pilates program on posture and low back pain. The theoretical part contains an overview of the Pilates method - the history, principles and its usage in rehabilitation. It also briefly describes the concept of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), which, along with the original Pilates method and the Spiraldynamic concept, has created the current Pilates Clinic Method. Furthermore, one chapter is devoted to the system of training Pilates teachers in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the practical part is to evaluate and compare the effect of an organized and an individual six-week Pilates exercise programme in patients with faulty posture and low back pain. Subsequently, constitutive objectives are set on the basis of selected examination methods. Firstly, evaluation of the exercise programme by the means of clinical objective tests combined into 5 groups: standing and balance, spinal mobility, DNS tests, somatognosia (shoulder width) and respiratory amplitude. Secondly, with the instrumental measurement of Bodystat's values: height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, fat, active body mass, water and body mass index. The use of Klapp method in the physiotherapy of wrong body holding
LOJKOVÁ, Michaela
The main theme of this bachelor work is the use of Klapp method in the physiotherapy of wrong body posture. The theoretical part is mainly focused on wrong body posture, its´ consequances and the possibilites for rehabilitation. The chapter about wrong body posture also includes a sub-chapter about correct body holding. Besides that, the theoretical part is also focused on posture and deep stabilization system. Therefore the important chapter is about Klapp method. This chapter summarizes all important and relevant information from all available sources about the Klapp method. The practical part of this work is made from qualitative research in the form of detailed case reports. The research was made of three patients with wrong body posture who had problems with back pain and in one case also neck pain. The patients were comingfor a therapy almost every week for the time period of two months. The Klapp method was used almost exclusively in this therapy. The bachelor work had two goals. The first goal was to describe the Klapp method in physiotherapy. This goal was achieved in the chapter dedicated to Klapp method in the theoretical part of the work and further in the methodology part of the work where are described individual posititions of this method. The information about this method are extended by photos of individual positions from my own source which are being attached to this work. The second goal was to find out how this method can influence problems which arise in people with wrong body posture. I achieved this goal through the research part of this work. The therapy, which was used on patients and which focused mainly on Klapp method, reduced the pain in all my patients. Therefore it can be said that Klapp method positively influenced the problem of my patients. This bachelor work can be used as an educational material for physiotherapeutists and also for a broad public which would like to get a closer look on the problem with wrong body posture or with Klapp method.

In the theoretical part of this work, the basic concepts of the research are explained, such as health, posture, muscle imbalance and physical fitness. The background and development of Flexi-bar and gym ball and their impact on women's health are also introduced. The second, practical, part of the thesis contains the methods and techniques engaged in the research Kasch Step Test, Jaroš and Lomníček's figure evaluation and Matthias's posture evaluation, test on HSS. The subjects to the research, participants of an intervention program, will be examined before and after the program, so that the effect of the program can be measured. Thus collected data will be arranged and evaluated in a form of tables.
